Usage of Cluster:

The cluster will be strictly for use of the customer and no access will be given to embargoed countries and sanctioned activities as per the laws of United Sates of America and United Arab of Emirates laws.

It includes adherence to the US Export Control laws.

The legal and economic liability of any such activity will pass on to the customer and AHB undertakes no responsibility financially or legally, arising out of such actions of the customers or the violation of any laws.

The usage of NVIDIA A100 is separately governed by US Sanction laws.

By accepting the usage of the HPC Cluster you are agreeing to this document.

You may not use or facilitate or allow other users of the HPC cluster to;

For any illegal, fraudulent or anti-national activities or activities that violate the laws of the nation that you operate from as well as the laws of UAE

Any content or activity that promotes the sexual exploitation of children or adults or abuse of personal privacy

Indulge in activities that compromise the security, integrity and availability of the cluster including communication systems, software applications or computing devices

Share your password credentials with any third party/individual or companies, except for those authorised to use the credentials. Any violations need to be immediately reported

To distribute any confidential information arising out of the usage of the cluster.

Investigation and enforcement of violation

We may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy, and remove or disable access to any content or resource that violates this Policy. You agree to cooperate with us to remedy any violation. 

When determining whether there has been a violation of this Policy, we may consider your ability and willingness to comply with this Policy, including the policies and processes you have in place to prevent or identify and remove any prohibited content or activity

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising in connection to this agreement which the parties will not be able to resolve amicably, will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitration of Courts of DIFC.
